Our role

- As the appraiser our role is to provide impartial and unambiguous opinions as to the value of the assets within a business, business ownership interest, including tangible and intangible assets, supported by all procedures reasoned to be relevant to the appraisal.
- Provide supporting and relevant facts as of the appraisal date which assist the client in determining their assets management strategy or re-marketing, or utilizing the company assets for security.
- We gather relevant facts, selling and asking comparables, then analyze the data to arrive at a solid understanding of the assets market value.

Responsibilities

- Accuracy - Our data base of sales records and asking comparables provides the basis of our values and backup for our clients. Our appraisers have all had personal experience in working in their selected industries. We undertake to provide the highest quality reports for our clients. Our appraisers are either auctioneers or successful business professionals in their selected industries. Our experience in selling assets gives us the knowledge to understand the assets we appraise and identify the “best use” markets.
- Professionalism - Appraisal reports conform to the Uniform Standard and Professional Appraisal Practice USPAP and the standards of the American Society of Appraisers ASA. Our promise to our clients is a professional approach to their appraisal needs in a timely manner. We treat every appraisal with accuracy and integrity.
- Experience - Being actively involved in the auction/liquidation business since 1983 gives our appraisers the experience to determine which assets will sell best in different scenarios. This enables them to determine asset values based on their experience obtained over many years.
